Are you a long Term Investor ?

Long term investors need not have to worry about the volatility. Forget about the channel experts about their opinion. You may forget about twitter or YouTube experts. All you have to ask is just 5 questions before making a concrete purchase for long term investments:

1. Will the company be around for the next 5-10-15 years?

2. Is it a leadership company? Or at least a challenger to the leadership company?

3. Will the revenue and profit grow more in the next 5-10-15 years?

4. Is it trading at a reasonable price to initiate a buy?

5. Is the management trustworthy and working for the welfare of share holders?

If you answer yes to all these questions then you may dump your money and avoid looking at the stock price. You just don’t have to worry about the market gyrations. Of course all others may scratch their heads and look at the price and lose their valuable time and piece of mind. Unfortunately most (most=99.5%) investors want daily recommendations, daily money. You may decide and chose your own path. Everything depends on your mindset.
